Job description

Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS (Galileo), TBO (Travel Boutique Online)

To Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets on GDS.

Candidate must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing

Should have understanding of B2B Market

To provide excellent support to agents and sales team for queries related to Fare, ticketing, Fare rules, cancellations rule etc.

To ensure that there should not be any error while issuing/Reissuing/Cancelling/refunding of the tickets.
