SAP PMO Location: Hyderabad Ready to make a meaningful change in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to SAP? We have an exciting role for you as SAP PMO. The Role The SAP PMO (Project Management Office) role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) implementations, Integrations or enhancements within an organization. Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the integrity, reliability, and usability of SAP solutions and deliverables. PMOs are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives and requirements. The PMO Coordinator role oversees the administration needs of projects and program to support overall governance and effective performance management. Roles and Responsibilities: Driving successful SAP projects by providing guidance, and support to project teams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Support the day-to-day management of all delivery aspects of the program, ensuring strong project control, governance and reporting standards are implemented / maintained. Support stakeholder communication by ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of important changes and updates. Experience on tracking and updating incident management dashboards for service requests, incidents, ageing tickets, continuous improvements and stabilize the process. CRs tracking & management. Ensuring CRs are deployed as per plan Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately. Demand Management and Resourcing, Onboarding and offboarding activities, optimizing resource utilization. Completing the access provisioning and adding to DLs in a timely manner for new joiners. Effort tracking against SoWs, Initiating, tracking & updating SoWs Hands on exp with P&L statement tracking, updating, and reviewing budgets as per managements requirements. Monthly P&L review meeting. Ensure that all artifacts delivered by the program meet the required quality standards. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures. Stakeholder mapping and analysis Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all stakeholders Preparing MIS reports and Status reports, monthly newsletters, decks for Product Council Knowledge management and organizing trainings, Document Management, Risk and Issue tracking Facilitating team collaboration and communication Escalating issues to Leadership in a timely manner Budgeting and Forecasting Required Skills: Overall, 5-6 to 6 years of professional experience in the IT industry, SAP Implementation, Transformation & Integrations of which at least 3 years should have been in a PMO role Understanding of Project management methodologies and models (both Waterfall and Agile) Experience in Project Management activities, PMO activities and preparing Project management deliverables. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & presentation skills Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner.
