With a focus on developing sustainable packaging solutions, we are expanding our manufacturing capabilities beyond polybags, paper mailers and gift packaging.

Role Description As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the executive office. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the executive office. The Executive Assistant will be located in our Faridabad office and will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that our team operates efficiently and effectively to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address time-sensitive matters.

Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the Managing Director. Draft, review, and edit emails, memos, and documents on behalf of the Managing Director.

Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the Managing Director. Prepare travel documents, including detailed trip agendas and expense reports.

Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, attend key meetings, and take accurate minutes. Coordinate follow-up actions and ensure timely execution of decisions.

Project Assistance: Provide project management support for initiatives led by the Managing Director. Collaborate with other departments to gather information and contribute to project deliverables.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office suite. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Experience in the e-commerce or packaging industry is a plus
