Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Specialist role located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist - Freshers will be responsible for generating sales leads, cold-calling potential customers, and building relationships with customers to secure new business opportunities. The Inside Sales Specialist will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and collaborating with other sales team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
