Job description

IMMEDIATE JOINING ( NOIDA OFFICE BASED ROLE )

The role of

Executive/Sr. Executive - Recruitment

would require the candidate to gain a comprehensive understanding of Academic Consulting vertical in higher educational segment. As this core recruitment role is centred around E-learning industry, the recruiter must be interested in enhancing holistic understanding of various subject/functional domains and acquiring actionable knowledge about various aspects of E-learning industry in a fast paced manner.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT READY FOR AN OFFICE BASED ROLE IN NOIDA. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SELECTION PROCESS IS ONLY CONDUCTED AT OUR OFFICE PREMISES IN NOIDA.

The candidate would also be responsible for designing and executing targeted recruitment strategies, conducting recruitment processes and will get 360 degree exposure to the complete recruitment life cycle.

1. Establishing clear recruitment goals by gaining a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific recruitment needs, types of projects and possible sourcing channels.

2. Develop strong project comprehension skills (for both technical as well as nontechnical) with an ability to pin-point expert qualities/ qualifications for completing the same.

3. Learn and master the use of various platforms such as Resdex, Urbanpro, Freelancer and Upwork with an ability to utilize them efficiently in sourcing qualified technical and nontechnical freelance experts.

4. Working tirelessly to source freelance experts for typical projects/subject domains for which experts are not readily available for academic research.

5. Continuously striving to meet or exceed clearly provided monthly recruitment targets.

6. Being completely responsible for maintaining strong and positive candidate/applicant relations and managing issues pertaining to grievances, timely delivery of selection tests and other resolving queries.

7. Consistently devising new recruitment strategies and effectively deploying the same throughout the year for organizations benefit.

8. Systematically reporting recruitment activities undertaken on a daily-basis and diligently working towards improving the recruitment process.

9. Sincerely adhering to professional instructions and guidelines provided by reporting authority. Qualification and Experience

Masters Degree in Management and Related Subjects is preferred. Above 60% throughout Academics. Minimum 6 months experience in a Full Time Recruitment Role or a Full Time Recruitment Internship is mandatorily needed.

Ability to learn and solve problems Ability to handle pressure Professional conduct in terms of reporting time, working hours and official communication Readiness to work tirelessly, efficiently and diligently CTC Offered is INR 3.60 lacs - 5.00 lacs per annum

(Exact offer would depend on the performance in the 3 stage selection process conducted in our Noida office AND previous in-hand salary of a similar full time position; if applicable).

Salary Clause: 80% of the monthly in-hand Salary offered would be fixed and remaining 20% of the salary would be variable and will be applicable on minimum individual target achievement. Minimum individual targets are either based on full time office based vacant positions or freelance contractual positions or a mixer of both.

Work Time & Work Week: Our shifts are of 9 hours which comprises 8 hours (net) + 1 hour break (lunch/tea etc.).
