US Tax role & responsibilities: Qualification - CA / CA Inter / CPA / MBA Responsibilities include: Manage the offshore team in India and report into the onshore reporting manager Ensure that the project tasks, deadlines, and expectations are met Preparation of deliverables for completeness, quality, and consistency Collaborate with the onshore team in US to ensure that both the offshore and onshore teams are working effectively together Client Service & Supervisory Responsibilities: Superior verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills as well as decision-making skills Capacity to work well in a team environment Capable of effectively developing and maintaining client relationshipsJob tags
