We are hiring for HR+ IT Recruiter for an IT company in Pune
Its work from office (Monday to Friday)
Shift Timings- 10am to 5pm
Location-Wanawadi , Pune
Experience- 1 to 2yrs
Salary -upto 3 LPA

*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Recruitment:*
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Develop comprehensive job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
- Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
*2. Regular HR Work:*
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Handle performance management processes and assist in employee development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
*3. Marketing for Staff Augmentation:*
- Identify potential clients in need of staff augmentation services and build relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Create compelling proposals and communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, network with businesses, and explore online platforms for client acquisition.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
