Our client, a leading Cyber Security Company based in Mumbai.

Position:  SOC Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: BE / BCA / any bachelor degree.
Experience: Minimum 4-6 exp in SOC.

Key Responsibilities SOC Analyst would monitor network security events received from customers monitored servers, and then take appropriate action based on customers security policy.
ï'· Assist customers with security related issues.

ï'· Assist customers with security related issues.
ï'· SOC analyst is responsible for reviewing alerts or incidents escalated by analysts.
ï'· Reviewing customer reports to ensure quality and accuracy is a part of the job for SOC analysts
ï'· SOC analyst is responsible for carrying out all activities regarding SOC policies and SOC procedures
ï'· Understanding of common network services (web, mail, FTP, etc), network protocols and technologies
ï'· Strong analytical and problem solving skills are needed to perform the job of a SOC analyst
ï'· Configure rules, alerts in SIEM
ï'· Monitor IT Security products and report technical issues as per process defined.
ï'· Preparation of security incident reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
ï'· Coordinate with customers to solve issues. 
ï'· Experience in Asset modeling, network segmentation
ï'· Good knowledge on Arcsight is mandatory.
ï'· Good in taking quick action on cyber threat intelligence.
