Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and effective educational content for various psychology courses and programs.
- Design and implement innovative curriculum frameworks that align with industry standards and learner needs.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content, integrating the latest advancements and best practices in the field of psychology.
- Utilize your expertise to create interactive and experiential learning experiences, incorporating multimedia elements and interactive exercises.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in psychology education, continuously enhancing our offerings to meet evolving learner requirements.
- Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of program effectiveness, gathering feedback from stakeholders and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Act as a subject matter expert, representing Meta Counsel in professional forums, conferences, and networking events.
- Plan and deliver workshops, training sessions, and professional development activities for educators, practitioners, and students in psychology-related topics.
- Participate in quality assurance processes and accreditation reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in psychology education.
Core Requirements
- Education: MA in Psychology and RCI Certified
- Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
- Presentation skills and excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Experience in Program Development such as internships, and other training programs.
