Job Description: Sales Executive - Fabiron ExportsPosition Summary:

Fabiron Exports is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of fabrication, steel, glass, and iron products to potential clients both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  2. Identify and approach potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the company and the client.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and specifications to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
  10. Represent Fabiron Exports at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fabrication, steel, glass, or iron industry.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  8. Knowledge of international sales practices and export regulations is a plus.
