Job description

The System Admin (Presales) plays a dual role within the company, responsible for managing system admin tasks and supporting the sales team with quotation and order management. This position requires strong technical and excellent communication.

Responsibilities Provide remote support to customer networks in Australia. Respond to customer inquiries re software and applications. Manage the quotation process, accurate and timely preparation of quotations. Review customer inquiries and analyze requirements to prepare accurate quotations. Liaise with relevant departments to gather necessary information for quotes. Prepare and generate quotations using company templates or software. Maintain organized records of quotations and update CRM systems. Communicate effectively with Account Managers and suppliers. Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements in the quotation process. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.

Mandatory Skills: Experience speaking with customers, and perfect conversational English. Solid logical troubleshooting technique. Competent in configuring file and folder permissions on MS Server. Good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with quotation management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in basic calculations for pricing, discounts, taxes, and profit margins. Knowledge of IT products and technologies is desirable. Scope of Work / Job Responsibilities
