Job description

• Converting organisational vision into a credible and measurable business model. • Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction. • Creating and sustaining organisational capability to excel in delivering on the business model. • Keeping the organisation ahead of emerging business trends. • Integrating and channelizing work processes and practices across multiple functions towards achievement of business strategy. Key Activities: • Achieving revenue and profit targets for the business. • Implementing the plans to achieve the collections goals of the organisation. • Allocate resources effectively in order to achieve business plans. • Generate innovative solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models. • Ensuring performance management with measurable goals and a review system.

Expertise required / Domain Knowledge: ● Years of Experience Required: 20+ Years ● Education: Preferable candidates with a Tech/MBA degree from Tier 1 institutes ● Having an experience of handling functions at National level (preferably with experience of working in multiple functions) for NBFC /Bank/Financial Institutes ● Drive to achieve ● Inspiring & Influencing skills ● Strategic Thinking
