Job Requirements
Business Finance role selected categories in Personal Health business
Monthly Revenue recognition and month end closing support for business financials.
Preparation and leading discussion for detailed business financial. (AOP/Forecast/Actuals).
Drive analysis of business performance: sales, margin and costs.
Responsible for BMC / performance discussions with central teams (BG/BU).
Responsible for PO control, compliance and management of business marketing spends.
Financial working for business cases/ projects like D2C, new GTM, new product/channel etc. Involved in providing financials scenario building support for multiple growth plan workstreams.
Ensuring fix/variable cost of business as per measured target and ensuring cost management as per fiscal compliance
Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues
Ensure no significant deficiencies in audits (Statutory, Internal Audit, ICS/SOX) u00A0
Inputs/Tracking of fiscal compliance like quarterly advance tax, transfer pricing business profit
Supports strategy development and business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modelling and portfolio management.
Builds models, cases and u201Cwhat ifu2019 scenarios to inform strategic business decisions and manage the portfolio based on understanding of key business drivers.
Assesses business opportunities and risks, predicts trends, estimates profitability and growth areas, provides creative solutions, manages costs and allocates resources to add value and manage the portfolio.
Analyzes multiple trends and inputs to identify strategic options for managing the portfolio and making business decision.
Analyzes, interprets, and drives value creation through funding, financing, investment decision making and working capital management.
Protects business value by understanding and managing financial risk in line with investment governance, processes and strategy.
Knowledge of the business and competitive environment, macroeconomic factors, business processes and management agenda.
Understands the interrelationships between these factors and the impacts on daily work and the organizationu2019s goals.
Connects financial concepts, results, data, forecasts and external factors to business implications.
Drives financial performance (P&L responsibility, Mkt. share, growth & profitability)
Understands business drivers and develops options to maximize business performance and value.
Manages the financial planning processes for the market (AOP & forecasts)
Drive & Participate in Business Reviews with senior management.
Support HoF ISC in Board deck preparation and other similar fiscal requirements
