Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Shree Giriraj Multispeciality Hospital. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources activities, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and retention. This role will also involve handling employee concerns, managing personnel records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant local and national regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor Laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Bachelor's or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
