Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with agents and brokers. - Conduct training sessions for agents on product features and sales strategies. - Assist with quotes, applications, and policy documentation. - Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings. - Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
