Job description
Key Strategic Partner to Leadership managing all aspects of Financial Planning & Reporting. To provide Controllership and data driven strategic advice to the business. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities Management Reporting-Monthly / quarterly / annual reporting of financials and related Exhibits to Asia Pacific Regional HQ in timely manner. Variance analysis as compared to forecast. Periodic Management / Executive Reviews Budget / Forecasting-Submission of monthly rolling forecasts. Preparation of long-range planning/Profit Review as per the direction by Copeland US/AMEA. Providing data/insights driven advice to the India business to deliver profitable growth Cost Accounting-Directing and reviewing cost reduction / optimization programs with relevant teams.Ensure building up effective control strategies in high-risk areas Treasury / Banking-Track foreign currency exposure and movements, handle forward contracts and related documentation. Manage TWC and drive Operating Cash Flow Compliance & Tax-Ensure 100% compliances – payment, audit etc and watch closely tax optimization / planning opportunities. Handle tax litigations at different forums Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Reputed University + MBA/CA 15-20 years' of experience in finance or accounting Min 5 years as a finance leader Strong communication and analytical skills High integrity, High Functional ProficiencyJob tags
