Job description
The position supports the GST compliance & litigations in a timely and effective manner. With the increased focus on GST compliances, the position shall conduct regular reviews and system effectiveness must be ensured. Also responsible for VAT (MP) assessments & appeals. Ability to handle various statutory compliances, operational procedures & related documentation. Handle various notices, audits, assessments & litigation of the Company
Corporate Indirect Taxation Dept. at Powai, Mumbai is responsible for VAT and GST compliances and litigation support in coordination with all the IC's. It also supports some of the S&A companies with respect to Indirect Tax compliances.
Exposure to Construction contracts covering VAT / CST, Entry tax is an advantage.
Candidate should possess reasonable communication skills, be a team worker.
