Arihant Trips, a leading travel company catering to big corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and production houses, is seeking a talented and proactive in travel field sales and networking.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive, located in Bandra. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness for the company. The Sales Marketing Executive will also work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads, build relationships with clients and partners, and track performance metrics.

Sales Expertise : Look for someone with a proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B (business-to-business) or high-value sales environments. They should have experience in building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales with HNWIs and corporate clients. Strategic Thinker : The ideal candidate should be able to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to target and attract high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. They should have a deep understanding of the market dynamics and be able to identify opportunities for business growth. Networking Skills : Since networking is crucial in reaching out to HNWIs and corporate decision-makers, look for someone with a strong network of contacts in the target market. They should be able to leverage their existing relationships and expand their network through industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities. Marketing Acumen : In addition to sales skills, look for someone with a solid understanding of marketing principles and tactics. They should be able to create targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage HNWIs and corporate clients, using channels such as digital marketing, advertising, and content marketing. Industry Knowledge : Preferably, the candidate should have experience or knowledge of the travel industry or sector in which your business operates. This will help them understand the needs and preferences of HNWIs and corporate clients better and tailor their sales and marketing efforts accordingly. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients, delivering persuasive sales pitches, and articulating the value proposition of your products or services effectively. Results-Driven Attitude : Look for someone who is motivated by results and driven to exceed sales targets. They should be proactive, ambitious, and constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the business and expand its client base. Adaptability and Resilience : The candidate should be able to adapt to changing market conditions, overcome obstacles, and handle rejection gracefully. Persistence and resilience are key qualities in a sales and marketing professional.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Experience with market research, customer analysis, and sales forecasting Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
