Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including resource allocation and scheduling.
• Coordinate communication between project team members, clients, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary materials are up to date and accessible.
• Collaborate with the finance team to track project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Support the business development team by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management on project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred but not required.
