Job description
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities To lead production planning from the unit’s objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan To ensure that volume production targets are being achieved To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & good Mechanical Efficiency To achieve the product & package index as per the targets. To maintain a complete record of all the production reports. To maintain Safety, hygiene & GMP in PET section. To Create and maintain various MIS reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical / Mechanical 5+ years of relevant exp in beverage industry in production Exposure to PET lines and related equipments like Blowing machines, filling machines, conveyor, shrink sleeves applicators etc Strong organizational and managerial skillsJob tags
