Job description
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on generating leads for the sales team, enhancing brand visibility, and managing various digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
   - Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
   - Utilize various channels, including but not limited to, online advertising, content marketing, and partnerships to drive lead acquisition.
2. Branding:
   - Shape and reinforce the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
   - Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt and refine branding strategies.
3. Email Campaigns:
   - Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
   - Utilize segmentation and personalization to tailor messages to specific target audiences.
   - Monitor email performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
4. Social Media Campaigns:
   - Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
   - Create compelling content for various social platforms and manage day-to-day social media activities.
   - Have experience with meta ads and stay updated on emerging trends in social media advertising.
5. PPC Google Ads Campaigns:
   - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
   - Conduct keyword research, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
   - Stay informed about industry best practices and updates related to Google Ads and PPC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a track record of successful lead generation and brand enhancement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and PPC.
- Experience with meta ads and other emerging advertising platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
