Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine at IBIS hotel located in Mumbai. The Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, preparing meals, developing recipes, and ensuring that food and safety standards are met. The Chef will also manage the kitchen team and work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing a team of kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field
  • Experience working in a fine dining restaurant.
