Job description
Job Details :The Senior Consultant will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality. In addition, the Consultant will work with the customer to customize NetSuite application to meet their business requirements. The Consultant will be required to conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in-person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables. The Consultant will provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific technical areas. The Consultant is expected to contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities at NetSuite.Experience required :- Significant experience in NetSuite application systems consulting for a Software Vendor- Should have previous experience of implementing NetSuite system around P2P, O2P and Record- Have NetSuite Certification (Added Advantage)- Delivery of configurations, reports and customizations within NetSuite using the Standard toolset- Good understanding of SuiteSuccess.Responsibilities :- NetSuite Implementation : Successfully implement NetSuite solutions according to client requirements and project timelines. Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to NetSuite by managing data migration and integration processes. Provide training and guidance to client stakeholders on using NetSuite effectively. - Customization and Configuration : Customize NetSuite modules and workflows to align with client's business processes. Configure NetSuite dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Implement SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, and SuiteBundler for advanced customization as per client needs. - Client Relationship Management : Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing expert advice on leveraging NetSuite. Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending best practices and solutions to optimize their NetSuite usage. - Solution Documentation: Document solution designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure clarity and maintainability. Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption of NetSuite within client organizations. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, issues resolved, and lessons learned for future reference. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features, enhancements, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing NetSuite implementations and propose solutions for optimization. Participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the improvement of internal processes and methodologies. - Project Management and Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline. Effectively manage priorities, tasks, and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
