Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and Build relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to achieve set targets.

Must Have's

• Proven experience in outbound customer support, telemarketing, or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma/Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Working Conditions: This role may involve working in an environment, using telephone systems, and utilizing computer software for customer interactions.

• Note: The first 3 months will be a probation period. Based on the performance, we can offer higher.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
• Salary: Up to 10,000.00 per month
