Job Title- : Freelance Business Partner

Job Description-

We are seeking dynamic and driven Freelance Business Development Associates (BDAs) to spearhead our innovative B2B model targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 schools. As a BDA, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue by securing deals with educational institutions.

Responsibilities -

• Identify and approach potential clients, primarily schools in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, possibility of Tier 1 too.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target institutions.

• Present our B2B model and negotiate favorable terms to close deals.

• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements -

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector. Candidate should have a network with tier 1 to tier 3 schools.

• Has worked in B2B Model as well.

• Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
