Job description
Purpose of this position
Engage with potential leads through outbound calling and put forward proposition for company programs and convert them into the same
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or whatsapp them
- Set appointments or close deals with customers through cold calling.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating clients value proposition.
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
- Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
- Generate lead bank and conduct research on potential prospects.
- Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing.
- Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organisation, effective communication and strong listening skills.
- Utilise, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
- Educate customers in all programs and services and packages along with query resolution
Competencies / Skills Required
- Good experience and ability to engage and build positive relationships with customers
- Confident enough to sell a service to a customer
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer orientation
- Ability and willingness to travel as and when required

Work experience
- 2+ years in sales of banking or edtech service or insurance sales
