Risk Advisory Role: Contract Life Cycle Management Location: Thane (on-site) Responsibilities: Be part of a Product Development Team covering various aspects of specialized product for Contract Life Cycle Management Conduct research to identify key terminology and industry-specific language used in contracts. Analyze existing contracts to identify common clauses, terms, and patterns, contributing to the development of standardized contract template Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that contract content aligns with regulatory requirements and company policies Assist in the identification and documentation of data requirements for the development of contracts, ensuring accurate and comprehensive capture of necessary information Collaborate with team members to develop and refine contract templates, ensuring consistency and compliance with organization standards. Assist in validating and debugging project implementation and follow through on issues until resolved. Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into development processes Must haves: Understanding of contract terminology Excellent verbal and written communication skill Strong attention to detail and organizational skill Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Business or related fields with 2-3 years of experience. Contract type: Fixed Term Contract – 4-5 Months
