Job description
Managing a team of 5-10 members Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities with respect to Country, Course, Universities as per profile and share the same in detail via mail with details on fees and eligibility
Advise and support students on application procedures, timely training on the Admission Interview if any Ensure the application with all relevant documents is sent for Application submission in time without delay. Chase offer letter for the student and ensure the tuition fees payment is done before deadlines Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature. Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by college/universities and use the knowledge in helping students, and be updated on any changes in the visa related rules Maintain a proper database of students counselled as per tracker shared with remarks and status updated rightlyJob tags
