Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers, answering questions regarding products, and providing excellent customer service. The Retail Sales Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge and communicating with customers through various channels.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
• Product Knowledge in the Financial Industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• A positive attitude and an ability to work well in a team environment
• Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary
