Please Look For Below Qualifications - Good customer interaction skills ability to build good client relationships and communicate about the project status
- Experience of 6 to 8 years
- Good knowledge of SDLC and software delivery processes
- Either PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification
- Must be based out of Bangalore or Hyderabad
- At least 1 year experience of playing project manager or scrum master role
- Good skills in project planning, tracking and reporting skills including risk management
- Resource planning, forecasting, utilization tracking.
- Ability to understand project financial planning, tracking revenues and margins
There is definitely a difference between a PMO Analyst and Program Manager. Would like to find someone that is closer to a fit P&L Program Manger Role Please Note The Following - Piloting this role.

Job Description Program Leadership
- Assist the P&L owner with planning, monitoring, and communication regarding the health and execution of the portfolio as well as internal CirrusLabs Needs.
- Validate and follow up on action items and CirrusLabs deliverables with the team to ensure compliance and communicate status/risks to the P&L Owner
- Develop and maintain the project plans that aligns with the work in progress at the client, ensuring alignment with SOW, Work Order, Change Request, etc.
- (Potentially manage the PMO resources on the account.)
- Stay engaged with the entire Client Team Structure (through the managers of each team, etc.)
- Serve as a coach/mentor new team members post onboarding to the account (a person to ask questions if no manager is present, etc.)
Risk & Dependency Management
- Work with the Mangers/Leaders within the account to actively identify, mitigate, communicate, and manage risks and dependencies
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Quality Assurance - Monitor project status reports and deliverables for quality and adherence to client requirements.
- Facilitate regular reviews and assessments to ensure project success. Manage the action internal action items and follow up that comes out of the meetings to ensure project success.
- Provide timely communication to the P&L Owner so that the health of the initiative is effectively communicated and managed
Resource Management
- Monitor resource utilization, end dates, etc. and alert P&L Owners, TA, Bench etc. well in advance for each resource on the team so that work can be done in advance to extend or find another assignment
- Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure that P&L Owner is up to date on progress etc. Escalate issues or needs as appropriate
- Work with Managers etc. throughout the entire space to stay abreast and communicate accolades and risks.
Budget Oversight
- Provide oversight of project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor project invoicing timely financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Contribute to the development of standardized project management methodologies.
- Serve as a coach/mentor for new PMO resources
Stakeholder Management
- Successfully manage project (this role will remain 100% billable)
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the assigned work as well as drive the compilation and development of status reports, MBR, QBR etc. through regular communication and project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Cirrus Labs teams and resources to provide communication to ensure successful project delivery with client as well as internally for CirrusLabs deliverables and updates
