Job description
"Key Responsibilities
'-Lead the Technical delivery of custom automation solutions and platform development
-Help in improving the skills of developers either through new tools, technique or additional training on fundamental skills that the group already knows but does not execute consistently
-Ability to focus on long term objectives and also get involved with prioritizing multiple, conflicting priorities across projects
-Keep the track of development status and also evangelize solution to business leadership
-Assist & Track the implementation of recommended/developed automation solution(s) and also capture the feedback for continuous improvement
-Work with Business owners on planning and preparing for the development
-Build repository of team`s collective knowledge, Seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness and preserve organization knowledge
-Participate in analysis of incoming cases/tickets, assign tickets to team members, track fixing of tickets and verification of the fixes, tracking of SLAs
Skills
- Lead the technical delivery for the development of custom automation development (script basedcommercialIP)
-Strong understanding of Technology (Java/J2EE or .Net) & databases (structureunstructured)
-Experience on Automation solution development/Implementation for any two or more areas - Impact Analysis, Design, Build, Business Rule Extraction, Application Quality, SCM, Application Monitoring, Test Automation (like Functional, Performance, Security, Compatibilityaccessibility), TDM, Security, EnvironmentInfra setup, IoT, Cloud, BigData
-Strong understanding of ProcessMethodologies AD/AM/ITIL, Package Implementation, Agile, DevOps, Testing
-Ability to do ALM/Agile & DevOps Assessments
-Good Understanding of Python, RPA, AI & ML
-Good Articulation Skills and Outcome focused" Skills
