Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT products and services, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT solutions.

Experience: 5 years

Responsibilities:

· Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

· Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the customer base.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

· Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements.

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

· Clearly articulate the value proposition of IT products and services.

· Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.

· Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

· Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

· Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.

· Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, BSc.IT, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of IT products and services.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Proven experience in IT sales with a successful track record.
