Lead the creation of detailed architectural drawings and plans for diverse projects, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret project requirements and provide expert technical input.
Review and approve the work of junior draftsmen to ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Maintain organized project records, including revisions and design changes, and oversee document management.
Provide support in preparing cost estimates, project schedules, and material lists, offering valuable insights from your experience.
Facilitate effective communication between contractors and construction teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
