Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate solutions to the client
Facilitate and drive workshops to collect business requirements and prepare the requirement traceability matrix by understanding client business process
Proficient in Configure, Customizing and Testing of FSM Scenarios as per client requirements
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions and come up with RICEFW; Document functional/technical designs, test cases and results; Proactive
Basic knowledge of cloud integration and must have exposure to integration to SAP FSM with either S4HANA or ECC through C4C or without C4C
Responsible for Requirement Gathering, configuration, testing and support
Able to lead a cross functional team
Technical Experience :
At least 2-3 years of implementation experience in SAP FSM and at least 1 full lifecycle on SAP FSM project
Having good experience on implementation of SAP CRM/C4C Service module will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of end-to-end field service management processes; Strong understanding of FSM integration scenarios with SAP Service cloud and S/4 HANA
Strong knowledge of the key FSM capabilities such as Planning Dispatching, Smart forms, Business Rules, Crowd Service, Self-Service
