Role: Technical Project Manager Skills: Java/.Net/SQL/MSBI/ AWS/IOT/Data What you’ll do: · Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to closure, for one major or several minor projects simultaneously. · Identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAIDs), and ensure mitigation plans are setup to control them · Create and support core PMO processes (Control documents, Reporting, Managing Risks and Issues, Change Management, Planning and Dependency Management) · Facilitate effective and efficient meetings including all Scrum ceremonies and daily stand-ups. · Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques · Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective. · Experience in handling the complete lifecycle of the development product. · Experience in handling projects in Agile, Sprints, and Daily-Scrums models involving a mix of product managers, Business Analysts, UX designers, developers, testers, and DevOps. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the project scope and objectives. · Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and ensuring effective communication with clients and senior management. · Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and teamwork. On your first day, we'll expect you to have: · 6+ years’ project management experience with end-to-end project management. · Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills. · Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. · Strong experience of executing projects in Agile Methodology. · Basic understanding of one of the Cloud Providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP is mandatory. · In-depth knowledge of SDLC, escalation procedures and other disciplines related to service delivery. · Leading teams during grooming sessions of every sprint. · Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery Mandatory: · CSM · ITIL It's good to have, but it's not essential: · PMP · Cloud Certifications Mandatory: · PMP Certified It's good to have, but it's not essential: · ITIL CSMJob tags
