Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious MBA graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in Marketing and Sales or Business Development.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target customers and industry trends.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns, etc.).
- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
- Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on marketing and sales activities to the management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
