Summary

The Technical Operations Engineer at Measured works in a dynamic, multi-tasking team closely collaborating with product engineers and solution architects. With a can-do attitude, this team dabbles with cloud technologies, APIs, Javascript and databases, all in a day's work, to solve various technical requests and issues for our customers. They enjoy the rewarding experience of learning and growing their all-round skills in this fast-paced, continuously changing, rapid context-switching yet thrilling environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on prioritized task list across multiple clients and complete them in reasonable time.
• Configure products for ETL, site-side tag management, experiment setup and data export.
• Fix experiment errors observed for clients on priority.
• Monitoring and maintenance of data loading, data quality, etc. to meet expectations.
• Build and maintain privacy preserving data Clean Room.
• Show initiative and drive in helping build better experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience troubleshooting technical problems in software products.
• 0-2 years of experience writing scripts in SQL, Javascript, nodejs, Java.
• Project or real-world experience working on Cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores like MySQL / Postgres or Redshift.
• Familiarity with working on project and ticket management platforms like JIRA.
• Knowledge on Ad Tech platforms in Facebook, Google, Shopify, Pinterest, etc. preferred.
• Minimum BA/BS or equivalent in CS, MIS, Engineering or closely related field.
• Flexible team player with a mindset of working with developers and solution architects.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to explain issues with clarity and execute resolutions in a time-bound fashion.
