Requirements:

Minimum 1 year (complete 12 months) of experience in international inbound voice calling.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Immediate availability for office-based work.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound voice calls related to technical support.
Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution.
Adhere to communication and quality standards.
Working Conditions:

5-day work module with a rotational week off.
Both side cab facility available.
