Job Description

Job Role:

1. Team player in Corporate Planning & Strategy working for business growth and development including economic analysis and financial evaluation, building detailed financial models, business case analysis, and scenario analysis
2. Mandatory experience in building Financial Models & Investor Relations.
3. Preparation of Project Financials including Estimates and P&L.
4. Preparing Project Information Memorandum, Investor Pitch Deck, Power Point Presentations etc.
5. Working with the BD team to evaluate financial risk/return under various sale opportunities in the waste management sector or infrastructure sector.
6. Coordination, monitoring and follow up of the requirements in the financing or bidding.
7. Keeping abreast with market developments, bidding trends, and investments.
8. Able to read RFQs/ RFPs and understand the project requirements.

Desired profile:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel and MS PPT.
- Able to draft letters regarding projects/tenders, emails summarizing the financial models, and supporting documentation.
Candidate shud have experience in project finance, and building financial models from scratch to end
- 5-10 years of experience with MBA in Finance & preferably an engineer.
- Candidates from Infrastructure/Real Estate/Steel/Energy Sector preferred.
