Position Overview:
As a Customer Chat Agent at GetWorkFolio.com , you will be the frontline of our customer support, ensuring that our users' inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You'll interact with customers through live chat and possibly other digital communication channels, providing assistance, resolving problems, and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via live chat and other assigned digital communication channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right tools, resources, and internal support.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues customers may face with their accounts or our platform.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Record and document customer feedback and insights to improve customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve set performance targets.
- Stay current with all system information, changes, and updates relevant to our customer base.
Requirements:
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A positive attitude and patience when interacting with customers.
