Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Gastroenterologist / Functional Medicine Doctor to join our dynamic team. This role involves interpreting microbiome test results to provide accurate diagnoses and prognoses, formulating personalized intervention strategies, and contributing to the nutritional and wellness guidance of our clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in training other doctors and nutritionists to ensure the highest standards of care and expertise in our consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret microbiome test results to provide personalized consultations, including accurate prognosis and diagnosis.
• Develop and recommend individualized intervention plans, focusing on nutritional and lifestyle adjustments.
• Train and mentor doctors and nutritionists in the interpretation of microbiome tests and the formulation of personalized care plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in gastroenterology, functional medicine, and microbiome studies to enhance service quality.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of Decode Biome and other company offerings.
• Engage with the research team to provide insights and feedback that can aid in advancing our understanding of the human microbiome.

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree with a specialization in Gastroenterology or Functional Medicine.
• Licensed to practice in India.
• Strong foundation in gastroenterology, microbiology, and nutritional science.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Passion for preventive healthcare and a holistic approach to wellness.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and [other relevant local languages].
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
