Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive (Only Freshers) to join our team in Hyderabad. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels, and participate in the candidate screening and interview process
- Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, completing new hire paperwork, and facilitating orientation sessions
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare required HR reports
- Attendance and Leave Management: Track employee attendance and leaves, and assist in processing payroll
- Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives and activities to enhance employee engagement and retention

Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus
- Good understanding of HR processes and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus
