Requirement details: Role : HR Business Partner Experience : 9-15 Years Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop effective ongoing relationships with business leaders, establishing yourself as a credible and trusted HR Business partner. Ability to coach and influence key stake holders to make decisions that are in-line with organization’s policies and practices. Execute people initiatives and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement across the spans supported Build a collaborative, transparent and employee friendly environment through regular employee connects and communication initiatives through touch points like 1 on1s, Skip levels, FGDs, Rewards & Recognition, Stay Interviews etc. Drive events and activities aimed at developing a people first culture thereby increasing employee engagement. Liaise with new joiners to establish connect and help them assimilate faster into the organization. Formulate ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention. Manage exit process and carry out exit interviews, make efforts to retain and ensure smooth offboarding experience. Execute cyclical Performance Processes such as OKR setting, annual and quarterly performance cycles, promotions, compensation calibration with adherence of timelines. Ensure close management of Performance Improvement Plans for low performers, track progress; analyze trends and suggest solutions for identified systemic issues. Advise managers on complex/exceptional HR issues such as disciplinary andemployee grievance. Drive the Employee Satisfaction Survey action planning & execution in the respective BU’s Effective implementation of “HR Pulse” around employee Life cycle points and implement actions in close collaboration with COEs. Drive employee delight on all Employee Lifecycle touch points and ensuring appropriate actioning and closure of concerns. Interface between Business and Talent Acquisition COE for quality talent acquisition. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the COE’s to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Mandatory and Preferred Skills: MBA in Human Resources or related field. At least 6 years of demonstrated HR Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within technology focused and large-scale global enterprise business. Advocate best practices in everything you do while balancing speed with quality delivery. Ability to generate innovative HR solutions and present your views with conviction. A self-starter attitude with the ability to embrace new opportunities and see things through completion. Strong analytical skills in order to analyze various people metrics and trends within the assigned business. Solution Driven & Agile Excellent communication and consulting skills to effectively interface and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
