About Position:

As a Support Engineer, Must have experience with Zscaler (ZIA or ZPA, ZDX is a Plus)

Role: Support Engineer Location: All PSL Locations Experience: 6-10 years Job Type: Fulltime

What you’ll do:

Participate in a 24x7 Support Operation Define and deliver professional services solutions tailored to the customer's cloud transformation roadmap and strategy. Leverage your deep subject matter expertise to engage and provide guidance to senior level customer stakeholders facilitating project success, and best practice adherence. Act as subject matter expert on Zscaler and its services like, DLP, Sandbox, ATP, CASB, Browser Access, App connectors, App Segments, URL and Cloud App control policies and Tenant Restriction. Should be able to understand future product capabilities, customer use cases, and best practices to leverage in the team's delivery methodologies. Contribute to team development and growth through the transfer of information and sharing of subject matter expertise.

Expertise you’ll bring:

Minimum 8+ years of field experience in networking and security architecture in either a technical support or professional services capacity. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent advanced industry certifications. Deep knowledge of networking and security architecture and ability to engage in technical discussions with networking and security architects of large enterprises. Implement/Deploy/Configure – Zscaler ZIA, ZPA and ZDX from scratch. Knowledge of public cloud providers or other cloud security platforms is a plus. Must have experience with web technologies including SSL Must have experience with Network Security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, Proxy, IDS/IPS) Must have in depth knowledge of frameworks like: ZTNA, SASE and SSE. Must have working knowledge of EDR/XDR technology. Create work-flow charts and network diagrams (HLD/LLD) Previous experience in professional services methodology creation and implementation. Strong understanding on how to navigate large enterprise organizations /personnel structures. Experience collaborating with product engineering to provide real information, feedback, and data on product performance within customer’s environments. Demonstrate ability to create, produce and QA technical documentation. Documents should include a clear and well-organized executive summary, abstract, technical and architecture requirements, solutions, leading practices, and business value examples, or calculations.
