We at Traya Health are looking for Customer Support Executive for Mumbai Location (Malad).
Responsibilities
- Connecting with our existing customer over the calls.
- Understanding clients concern and providing them with the appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through exceptional service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Qulaification: HSC / Any Graduate
Experience: 6 months to 3 years
Salary - 18k -26k
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Rotational week off
