Job title: Inbound/Domestic Operations
Role Responsibilities: - Interact and deal with clients effectively
- Have a good understanding of 4 & 5 star hotels and travel itineraries
- Perform costing and recommend appropriate products
- Contribute to negotiation with hoteliers and suppliers
- Be proactive in handling calls and providing quick responses
Required Qualifications: - Prior experience in customer interaction and negotiation
- Familiarity with 4 & 5 star hotel industry
- Knowledge of travel itineraries and costing
