Current Opening : HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive

Job Description: The role of HR Executive is extremely dynamic and entails dealing with people at highest level. Following is a list of KRAs for the role,

• Researching different industries and organizations to generate actionable insight
• Understand mandates in totality and source relevant candidates through different sourcing channels
• Conduct interviews using different tools to get the right idea of the candidate
• Guide and mentor the candidate through entire interview process
• Establish connect and rapport at leadership level across client organizations
• Close loop communication from clients and candidates.

Qualification & Skill set:

• Natural inquisitiveness and analytical bent of mind
• Good understanding of General functions like HR/Finance/ Marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence and ability to connect at senior level
• Regular MBA degree from a good college

Compensation & Benefits:

A: Fixed Salary

Job Location:

The role is based at Ahmedabad and is open only in work from office mode. We would prefer local candidates though open to those who can relocate. Please note that it is not a field role and involves in office work only.
