Job description

Hands on experience in preparing below deliverables (or at least some of them):

• Preparation Fire protection & detection design basis as per applicable codes & standards.
• Preparation Fire water demand calculation.
• Prepare Fire zone layout & Fire water network layout.
• Preparation of P&ID's viz
• Firewater pumps house, Fire water Tank,
• Fire water network, MVW Spray system, HVW Spray system
• Foam system, Sprinkler system etc.
• Preparation of Hydraulic calculation using Pipenet software.
• Preparation of F&G detector layouts.
• Preparation of Fire protection & Safety equipment layout.
• Preparation of Fireproofing Schedule & Layout.
• Preparation of HAZ Area schedule
• Preparation of MR for Firefighting & Safety equipment
• Preparation of RFQ for Clean agent system
• Preparation of RFQ for Safety studies like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA etc.
• Review vendor offers against the requisition and Prepare the TQ ,TBE
• Flare/vent Radiation & Dispersion Studies

To demonstrate experience as a team member and understanding of the intent of:

• HAZID workshop
• SIMOP workshop
• HAZOP workshop
• SIL/LOPA workshop
• Bow tie workshop

Experience as facilitator for any of the above listed workshops is a bonus

To demonstrate knowledge of the industry standards related with Process safety knowledge and working experience with various Codes & Standards (NFPA, Singapore Standards, FM Global) is a bonus

To demonstrate working level experience with some of below software:

• DNV Phast
• Phast Risk
• Pipenet
• Bow tie XP
• 3D Detect
• SoundPlan
• Flaresim

To demonstrate capability in working with P&IDs, Plot Plans, H&MB, PGA

• Team player good communication skills
