Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager - Home Textile to join our team at Cotton Concepts (CC). As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in the home textile industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • More than 10 years of experience in the home textile industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in key account management and sales
  • Knowledge of buyer communication and negotiation techniques
  • Marketing and lead generation skills specific to the home textile industry
  • Experience in export dealing and trade fair participation
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Proficient in preparing catalogues and moodboards as per buyer requirements
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to planning and execution

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the home textile industry
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to provide tailored solutions
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through marketing efforts
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and meet client expectations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve profitable sales
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, catalogues, and moodboards as per buyer requirements
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and expand the client network
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and achieve targets
  • Provide excellent customer service, address client queries, and resolve any issues that arise
