Required Qualification
1. Graduates (preferably) with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar profile
2. Experience in Customer Care Management/ Client Relationship Management/ Lead
Generations.
3. Experience in Managing E-commerce marketplaces.
Job Description
1. Managing online marketplaces (E.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
○ Manage marketplace billing & reconciliations.
○ To oversee timely scheduling, dispatch, delivery and returns of all orders.
○ Manage all issues with marketplaces regarding order scheduling, dispatch, delivery,
returns, refunds, and billing.
○ Coordinate with marketplaces for reimbursement of any fee claims.
2. Management of Company E-store
○ Oversee inventory management on E-store.
○ Oversee and manage any issues with order delivery.
○ Resolve any issues with the help of the E-store platform help centre.
○ Resolve issues with the payment gateway if any.
○ Manage website platform, payment gateway billing & reconciliation.
3. Customer Care Management:
○ Manage inbound leads and clients.
○ Manage complaints, and queries from customers.
○ Lead generation through research and outbound calls.
4. Coordinate and assist the sales team in resolving all queries within a
timeframe.
5. Data analytics & management of marketing and sales department reports
6. Management of marketing department expenses and record them.
7. Interdepartmental coordination for order management.
8. Interdepartmental coordination for marketing & sales-related activities.
9. Stakeholder management.
Skill & Attributes: Good Coordination skills, follow-ups, data analytics,
reporting and MIS.
